Note: It’s important to know that doing mirror work is not required to join the basic Inner Work 1 program.

In my country twin flame concept is not so familiar. As far as I know there is no twin flame coach in my country. So I was so alone and utterly confused about my journey. Nobody was out there to show me the right way. Finally, “Twin flame coach Chandigarh” held my hand & I joined “Mirror work program”. I have seen various videos of Mirror work in the spiritual journey but understood little how exactly to do it. We have not been tuned/ programed from childhood to appreciate ourselves! On the other hand we have been trained very well to keep criticizing ourselves as if that is the only way to improve! So knowing/ unknowingly we have developed patterns of self doubt, insecurity, lack of self appreciation etc. These 5 days helped me to identify many of those patterns and specifically start working on each one of those, keeping myself in the focus all the time. This has never happened before! Its one thing to go through a lot of self-help videos and books but when a Teacher holds my hand and guides me through the journey, the path is more determined and the goal is better visualized! A very much recommended starting point for those who want self-help self-love and most importantly gain self-peace! Thank you very much Ritu ji and Om ji for paving the path!
