    It’s been more than a year and a half since I have learned the Inner Work Program. Initial upliftment is something we all experience depending upon how much dedication we have. But I would like to talk about how is it effective after a while. I feel so calm and content now. It’s not that I am not getting triggered but I am able to handle it calmly and heal in a shorter period of time. Things still bothers but now I have many tool and the wisdom of how and where to use them. And about Param Sir and Ritu Mam….. When I joined innerwork I was in a very obsessed energy towards my TF. Extremely chaotic situation. But as I started doing my kriya practices and healing tools everything started shifting.     There are too many things that I want to share as a part of my experience, but I am not sure where to start with. Let’s start with few major pointers. * My obsession for twin and stalking stopped within one month as soon as I joined this program * The Separation (which is an illusion anyway) period with twins started feeling like the biggest gift. * Breathing Exrecises and Kriya gave a good kick start to my day and helped me vibing high. * Few minor things which use to bother me suddenly stopped impacting me and I felt peace most of the time. * Self-Love and Self-Growth became my topmost priority. * Miracles start happening to me in various forms mostly on a daily basis Change in perspective- If we consider Twin Flame Journey as a part of Virtual Reality Game happening with us in this lifetime, I used to think that I was a player of the game and the remote and controls are with me, after joining this program there was sudden shift in my perspective and now I know I am audience of this game and I am enjoying this journey maximum without even a percentage of doubt and not considering that I am a victim and why all this is happening to me. Surrender is my natural state now and I am happy and grateful to be a part of this journey and especially to Ritu Mam and Param Sir for appearing as teachers in my life. I am quite sure that my guides from the spirit world were happy with me and that’s why I encountered these two beautiful souls on earth. Anyone of you if you are reading this, be sure that you are not reading this by accident. There are no coincidences in life.     When I discovered that I’m in Twin Flame journey, I was looking for some help to navigate. I came across “Inner Work Program” offered by “Twin flame coach Chandigarh” on You Tube. I immediately decided to join it. I joined the course (its for 6 months) and noticed a huge difference in my body in terms of energies in the first class itself. My body felt extremely light and calm as though somebody just washed it off from inside. It was like lot of dirt coming out from inside – what we call as Soul cleansing! TRUST ME YOU WILL FEEL IT!!! I’m the living proof of it 🙂 2nd thing, I noticed was – I felt the energy of my Twin for the first time in 3 years of my awakening period. That was only because of practicing inner work regularly! 3rd I felt more connected with my Higher Self and felt like giving up non-veg food. 4th – it helped me to develop self control and stay in my element.     Before I met Ritu mam and Param sir. My life situation was this, I am totally in a mood of my life ended. I don’t have now anything to do in my life. My Twin was my last hope for keeping myself happy. But when he left me on April 12, 2020. I have only hope God. I surrender myself. With Gods grace, for 2 months April and May I was searching so many you tube channel to relieve my pain, and to get my person and his love back in my life, why only these things happening with me, i am not doing any wrong to anybody. But every time I only suffer lots of pain. I have seen lot of Videos LOA, English twin flame channels, mantras so much videos. Finally with divine blessings, I got the video of Sir and Mam. They have clearly explained about twin flame journey each and every pain, every situation they have explained. Finally all places solution was only inner work and self love. Then I decided to do inner work with sir and mam. I am their with them from July 2020 to Dec 2020 . Its really miracle happened, that slowly I am matured, I am balanced, I understood that this is not a romantic connection, this journey is to serve my soul purpose. But both are clearly guided us that whatever happens its good for all. Before I join with them, I didn’t know my future. now its really a miracle, divine life I am living with my soul family. I learned Self Love, I am doing Yoga, Chakras Healing, I am spending time for myself, my happiness, I am now independent. Ritu Mam designed my life like a Sculptor. And one important thing Both sir and mam never leave us after teaching something, they encourage us till we get change in our life. They Keep on following up with various program to motivate us, so that we do things with interest. I am totally changed, my figure, my beauty, my behavior, my maturity of handling things. Now I have lot of things to do in my life. I am learning Reiki, Life coach, other divinely guided whatever coming in my way I am doing to change my life and to do my soul purpose. Finally about my DM. its really a miracle happening, how much he changed no words, how much his life is evolving, his behavior with me. He don’t know about this Journey. He always say that you are my positive energy. He says that our relationship is not normal relationship. you are gods gift to me. I am slowly trying to teach him Breathing practice, meditation, all things.

    Last year in Nov or Dec I came across param sir and ritu mam’s inner work YouTube videos …i got really inspired with their true words and true knowledge abt spirituality and twin flame soul journey. So by the grace of God in Feb I got the opportunity to started my inner work course under the guidance of param sir… After only 2 or 3 classes I got to see tremendous results and wonderful changes in my own personality… As well very positive changes in my twin or the people surrounds me….. Twin ke saath to positive changes aye hi dusri relationships mein bhi positivity or harmony ayi jo pehle nhi thi jaise family members, friends,people at work place.. Aisa lga ab sab cooperate kr rahe hain…. Manisfestions happens…. Param sir have provided us the best and miraculous healing meditations and other tools during our innerwork classes which really works like a magic for me everytime I use them. Before doing the innerwork I used to be very codependent on others or had a lack of confidence towards everything.     My twin flame journey before meeting Ritu Om mam and Param sir- I met my twin flame in childhood in school. When I see my journey started from childhood it appears like a movie in front of me where I can now clearly see everything and observe from where the journey started. I was unaware till now about him as my twin and unaware about the word ‘twin’ even after getting all the signs and hints. I was still unaware of what was going on with me till now as I am in my 20s. I was always ignorant of signs and dreams because this whole thing is like a dream which we want to forget after we wake up from sleep because it doesn’t look real in this world of illusions and we forcefully want to apply logic in everything. But who knows what we are going through is away from logic and illusions. But finally a time comes where you have to surrender to god because nothing is in your hands that you can control. I came to know that I am in a twin flame journey after getting lots of confirmations to lots of doubts from my research from internet. After doing research from various sources I watched the video of sir and mam that appeared randomly as recommended videos. I watched their each and every video and my concept about twin flame was getting clear with each day. After coming in contact with sir as my teacher, he appeared as a life saving jacket. But gradually I came to know he was not a life saving jacket who is there to help but he was there to teach us how to swim with his guidance and directions. There was great difference between my change of perception. Because teacher’s guidance is only to make us self dependent through his knowledge, guidance, directions. Changes in life situations after doing inner work- Today I see myself as a transformed person as I was before. And when you are changed for good you see your reflection in others. I was amazed to see the change in my surroundings , in my near and dear ones and everything I saw whether its nature, birds, animals or any creature of god ,everywhere i found myself different and my perception of thoughts , viewing things was changed and still changing and getting clarity of life. I started viewing life from a different perspective where life and death are just illusions. The truth is inside us and simple. But human brain makes it complex. Things cannot be explained in words they can be just felt. Its beautiful. I am not in contact with my twin from past few years but my perception to see him is also changed. Its amazing to know just because of him I came on this divine path. Only guru knows how to make his crawling student walk and walking student run…Without guidance of sir as my guru I would not have been living in bliss merely in 6 months. It may have took me years to become neutral and loving my life like this. The transformations I see feels like rebirth for me. I can differentiate between white ,grey and black. This bliss is a feeling which cannot be described in words. It can only be felt. Thank you Sir and Mam for your guidance and the spread of your divinity in our life. Grateful…🙏🙏

    We started six months back, it was a very beautiful and steady journey, every step with Sir was a very insightful one. During Each session inputs, techniques and tools were given for our growth, to help us stand up on our own feet. Basically this course teaches you to be self sufficient and feel wholesome with in your self. When I started I had health issues and severe anxiety. By the end of the course 80% of problems were resolved, also the people around me became more loving. It helped me understand myself from with in and look into the direction of peace, love and joy. We all have became a soul family, and Divine blessed me with the right path by sending me Sir and Mam’s guidance. As per the twin journey, what I understood is all we have to do is clear our karma/blocks and come into union, with divines blessings and will. A whole hearted thanks to Sir and Mam. I have seen lots of changes in my vibration and in my personal life also. already sir said that things will be sorted when you do inner work. And I really appreciate this meditation or inner work.     Thanks to universe. My journey is so beautiful. I understand every situation strong to human being. Its my experience in this journey that every minute ,second,hour is changing my life and my new version is coming in front on me . Now every hurt give me lesson, so no hurt no pain in life and so life is good and happy. It’s possible only with inner work.     ◆◆◆The journey of twin flame is an important part of my life. I have found the answers of a lot of unknown questions in my life. I am really grateful to God,the angels & the universe for making me a part of this journey. However, I am especially grateful to param sir and ritu ma’am as i always get themselves standing beside me and supporting me as much as they can. I have not witnessed real angels till now but to be honest I consider param sir and ritu ma’am are my angels in real life. They are someone who has helped me to understand the real meaning of this relationship by starting the inner work classes. I had no conception about twin flame and twin flame journey. But when i met with my twin a lot of questions arise in my mind and then i just got too much puzzled. Since I was finding the answers of such type of questions like- ▪I don’t know why she was looking like a missing part of my body. ▪Why a irresistible magnetic pull was working between us ▪Why she looked like I had known her for ages. ▪When we were together outer world seemed to be disappear and time just runs away too much quickly. ▪why I started to notice the angelic numbers and signs. ▪why I felt like that I was meeting someone whom I already known previously and she already knows me too. In search of finding the answers of such type above questions I found the videos of Param Sir and Ritu ma’am in YouTube. Then I contact with param sir and after consulting with him about this matter I joined the inner work classes. ●●●Before doing inner work:●●●●● ▪I felt lost in life & didn’t know what to do. ▪I didn’t know exactly who I actually was . ▪I felt lonely. ◆ I couldn’t sleep well at night. ▪I frequently got into fights with others. ▪I felt unmotivated. ▪I had no confidence in myself. ▪I had really low self-esteem. ▪My thoughts were almost constantly negative. ▪I couldn’t easily trust anyone. ▪i felt that life wasn’t real. ◆ My life was getting in-animated. ▪combined with anger, my depression found ways to convince me i was naturally a bad person. ▪I believed that the universe was against me. ▪I used to allure towards the wrong human companion. ▪I had self-destructive behavior. ▪I had many strong emotional triggers. ▪I was reluctant to talk to others. ●●Benefits of inner work:●● Inner work is any kind of psychological and spiritual practices. It help us to stay in higher vibrations. It is a necessary process of personal transformation, soul growth & evolution. By doing inner work a person is able to access his subconscious mind, dormant memories, knowledge & wisdom. ◆ I have become more righteous. ◆ I am now living my life free of thoughts. ▪I am now feeling very much lively and very much fresh. ▪I learn to accept my basic worth and rights. ▪Inner work helps me to bring more understanding and forgiveness towards myself and others. ▪gradually my intuition power has increased. ◆ my mental attitude is much better now. ▪I understands the value of self-love. ◆ I am now capable to accept the reality instead of fighting against it. ▪I come to know that it is very important to love myself to attract my twin. ▪Now i am very much a cool and calm minded person and now i am not getting angry frequently. ▪I am now in total control of my emotions in different situations. ▪I hear more of my heart now. ▪Now i am very much in control of my emotional pains like-anxiety, worry, fear, frustration. ◆ Now I have been learned to live within myself. ▪Now I am able to get rid of my loneliness. ▪I have been able to overcome the obstacles in everyday life. ▪Now I am very much clear from my heart and constantly thinking about positives. ▪I am now leading my life in a meaningful manner. ◆◆Still i have to go a long way to reach towards my goal. But I am very much confident about the fact that if you both(sir and ma’am)can support me like you have done so far, one day i will definitely achieve my goal…..

    At first I was puzzled as My marriage was love marriage. But gradually I become less interested in my wife. So felt I am a character less person. Other such puzzling facts were: I have everything in my life but why I am unhappy. Why my twin hurt me so much? But I love her so much. Why I am so much attracted to a special girl? This fact give me pain but I can’t resist myself. Why this girl loves me so much knowing the fact that I am a married person? I always feel that every thing is happening because of my fault. Why I can’t resist myself? I should resist myself otherwise it will be the cause of destruction. My life is totally changed from the day one because of inner work. The tools and techniques provided by Param sir and Ritu Om mam related to twin flame journey are very much helpful for inner peace and self control. My understandings: 1) Now I understand my twin is my inseparable part. 2) Everything is happening under divine’s will. 3) This journey is an examination taken by Universe so that we can understand our soul purpose. 4) This journey is a soul contract between me and my twins. Our karmic partners are also involved in this contract. This contract was signed before we took birth on the earth. 6) If universe did not provided me this type of journey, I would never have come to understand that what is Spirituality and Divine love . 7) It is happening so that we can remember or find out our soul purpose. 8) Twin flame union is impossible until my karmic baggage are cleared . 9) As per my understanding it is not only the journey to be united with your twin, it’s a journey to recognize yourself . 10) I have come to know that our karmic partners are important part of our journey and so we should give them respect. 11) I understand value of self love. 12) To love my twin means to love myself. 13) I have nothing in my hand except inner work, rests will be done by universe. 14) If I uplift my vibration through inner work,the level of my twin’s vibration will be automatically uplifted. Benefits of inner work that i see now in me: I ) I had become calm and cool day by day. I find inner peace. 2) My twin can’t hurt me so much. 3) Now I know how to control my emotions . 4) My personality has been changed. At least I become better human . 5 ) Now I feel lucky that universe or God give me this journey. 6) Now I can forgive anyone including myself by using tools given to me by our teachers. Now it is clear to me everything is happening under the divine’s will for the highest good of everyone. Everything will be happen in a harmonious way. Difficulties : Now my twin is married. It is not a headache . But I have a children with my karmic partner or soulmate . He is 3 years old. I love him so much. I know that everything what will happen for the highest good of everyone but I feel pain for my son. My karmic partner is very good person. Sometimes, I think I am not doing justice with her. But I know my thinking is nothing but an illusion. Everything will be alright in divine time. Conclusion: It was a blessing of God that you both(sir and mam) have came to my life like angels. I have seen ray of hope after joining your classes. You are so kind to us. You are like friend, philosopher and guide to us. If I love my twin, I should do my inner work properly with 100 percent dedication. Thanks God or universe to give me this journey. Thank u sir and mam. Thank u angels. Thank u divine power.     I have been in TF journey from last 15 years, rather I would say I have successfully completed 15 years of this relationship..with lots of ups and down..lots of pain, doubts n question why did this happen to me at first place..what wrong I had done to anyone that god punished me..the pain was so much that I was not happy from inside n it was affecting my other relationships too..And when what I assumed the reality and accepted it as the reality and was just about to give up on this relation i came across Param sir n Ritu mam. I dont know whether there are real angels or not but sir n mam I consider u as my angels, my guide. Someone who has helped me understand this relationship..with whom I cud share this secret n not only shared got guidance also. Started with classes and started doing inner work. This inner work has helped me immensely to understand that whatever has happened between me and my TF was not just happening it was chosen by us..we chose to come as TF and to learn a lot many lessons in this life. To come into harmony with ourselves. To grow as a human being..this relation is not only about love with each other its about understanding who we are actually. Inner work for me sounded little confusing.. most of us have this question…” what is inner work” so here Param sir n Ritu mam played the most important role to make us understand what is inner work n how to do it.. Lot of negativity surfaced during this phase..but then mam said its good..everything that’s happening is good..let it happen…i was more aware of my own behavior rather then pointing out others how they r supposed to behave n expecting a lot out of them , i started changing my behavior and started accepting others as they are..they are in my life for a reason😊.. I became much more easy going with my TF ..and there i started to see the change..the more i started working on my self it seemed i was working on my TF. Lots of different phases came. There were times when i dint feel like doing the homework given by mam but i kept pushing myself. All the doubts n answer that i kept asking God was inside me. They were answered. I understood we can do nothing about our karmic they are here to teach us something, probably to help us grow. Let them do what they are supposed to do. Ritu mam, your energy cleansing sessions have worked wonders to me. Cleared a lot of things from my subconscious and the things that used to bother me earlier now dont even come to my mind. These classes have changed my personality, i have become much more calmer in lots of life situations. It has given immense peace of mind. Getting into this course has really made me think less about my TF . It has forced me to think about who and what i am. It has made me realize that soul union is more important then physical union. My twin flame has changed to an extent that now he wants to start with meditation, not even knowing about twin flame concept. But i feel that i needed this course a lot more then my TF . Now i feel he is much more understanding and loving then i have been. He has always trusted me more then i have. I just feel he is still left with few more karmic lessons. Things will fall into place when the divine wishes..but we are in peace and love. Accepting each others life situations and no more whys from god. Thank you sir and mam for making this change happen to my life. Thanks is a very small gesture. But i truly value the work and efforts u r putting to change others and to make people grow and understand the divine. To help us get into harmony with ourselves. We still have a long way to go.
