Welcome, Dear Soul,
How are you today?
Since you already know my name, let me share a little more about myself, so you can see if I'm the right coach for you.
I am a Life Coach and Energy Healer. I work with people through Life Coaching, Twin Flame Coaching, Reiki Healing, Past Life Regression & Sound Healing.
A Little About My Background
Before stepping fully into coaching and healing, I spent over 20 years in Education and Research. I led several preschool institutions, where one of my most meaningful roles was counselling parents and grandparents. This gave me a deep understanding of people, how families work, how we're shaped by our early experiences, and how much our environment affects who we become.
I also worked as a Freelance Researcher, conducting audits, training, and surveys across both government and non-government sectors. A big part of this work involved connecting village communities with government and corporate officials which taught me how to listen well, understand different perspectives quickly, and communicate across very different worlds. These are skills I bring into every coaching session today.
In the past year, I've had the joy of coaching young adults through career decisions, relationship challenges, and emotional growth. I deeply believe that when young people heal, the next generation grows up healthier and happier.
My Own Healing Journey
My personal journey began in 2020, a year that changed everything for me.
Like many of you, fear held me back at first. But I kept watching sessions by Param Sir and Ritu Ma'am on YouTube, and one day, I gathered the courage to join a free live healing session with Param Sir. That one small step changed my life. It led me to enrol in the Basic Inner Work Program, and from there, there was no turning back.
Receiving attunements under the guidance of Maha Guru Buddhdev Sir gave me a strength I hadn't known before. Over time, I completed a range of programs and certifications, including:

Apprenticeship Program
Life Coaching
Advanced Twin Flame Healing
Past Life Regression
Sound Healing
Chakra Healing and Balancing
Shakti Kawach Program
Several workshops on balancing spirituality with everyday life

This journey has shown me one thing clearly: growth never really stops. No matter where we are, there is always more room to heal, expand, and evolve.
