Pragya Mahendru

My name is Pragya. I am an interior designer by profession. I started my spiritual journey in 2020 when I received soul shock of my separation with my counterpart. Covid had just been declared and my body was all in shivers, it seemed that I had contracted covid but that was not the case. The body symptoms were so bad that sometimes it seemed that I developed a heart problem or as if I was suffering heart attack. Nights were spent crying, even days were like that. There was non stop crying for hours and hours together. One night was so bad, I cried so much that I suffered sleep paralysis in which I was unable to move my body for 5 min nor I could shout for help. When I regained control I asked God for help. I could not bear this anymore. It was then I saw video of my Gurus Param Sir and Ritu mam, the background music in the vidoes only gave me solace till I contacted them. Thereafter I started my innerwork journey and there was no looking back. With the help of my teachers I learnt that triggers can be healed and the methods of doing that, later got initiation by Mahaguru and leant Kriya Kundalni Yog Level 1 which gave me solace in those periods and helped me move forward in my journey. With the help of my gurus I was and still am able to find and heal parts of me that I donot identify with. I realised that your Guru knows so much about you that not even your family does. I was able to confide in and share my darker sides and heal them with my teachers. In the process of healing myself when was the time I started healing others in the journey I didn't even realize. My teachers encouraged me to do that and here I am.
If I would be able to contribute any small role in any one's journey would find myself lucky to do that.
This journey has taught me a lot and still teaching me so much about life.
I would love to be the instrument of divine to heal people like me in this journey.
