Purpose of Mirror 6 Workshop

In this workshop, we explore the powerful Mirror 6 dynamic—how to transform relationship triggers into pathways for healing and deeper connection.

You will learn how to recognize and work with the vulnerable feelings behind your reactions, whether you are the one being triggered or the one who triggered your twin flame or partner.

We will practice:

• Self-work: Understanding and healing the emotions underneath your triggers, grounding yourself, and finding healthier responses.
• Relationship work: Communicating vulnerably with your twin flame or loved one so they can truly understand what you are experiencing, and equally learning to listen when you may have triggered them.

This workshop helps you not only navigate your own triggers with compassion but also guide and support others—especially your twin flame—through theirs.

By doing so, you create more honesty, intimacy, and closeness in your relationships.
